A mind-boggling, wrong-headed decision finds a U.S. Marine, llario Pantano charged with <i>premeditated murder</i>, facing the <i>death penalty</i>, for doing his duty on the streets of Iraq.  <br>

Then, if you agree with me that Lt. Pantano should NOT be in this situation, please <a href="http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm"> contact your U.S. Senators</a>  and/or <a href="http://www.house.gov/writerep/"> your Congressman</a> and urge them to look into this case -- it hasn't been highly publicized and many of the Senators and Congressmen are probably only minimally aware  of the situation.<br>
